With 2011 being the year of the royal wedding, a true princess wedding, and more recently Kim Kardashian tying the knot in a lavish fairytale themed wedding we have put together a few ideas of our own.

Here at YourWeddingTable I think its safe to say most bride to be’s start with the fairy tale wedding theme idea as anything short of the full royal regalia, coach and carriage and castle venue is a dream deferred, and no one would settle for a dream deferred on their wedding day.

So, starting off with the dress, in many minds, it’s the dress that makes the dream. But what is a princess gown? Well I’d say it must compromise of countless layers or tulle or waterfalls of rouched satin and whatever it is made of it’s got to be substantial and dramatic. Moving onto the venue, ideally a castle like Hever Castle, one of our favourite venues fit for a princess. With such grand setting you need a dramatic centrepiece.
